Negative Coggins is required for all out of state horses.
We urge buyers to thoroughly examine horses that interest them. All responsibility and guarantees are between buyer and seller. All sales are final.
Buyers assume all expense and risk on horses after they leave the sales ring, but possession of the horse cannot be obtained until payment in full has been made. Rhino Arena is not responsible for sickness and accidents.
Terms of the sale are cash and payment in full to be made immediately after the sale. Receipt needed to remove horse from property.
The highest bidder will be the buyer. Any disputes arising between bidders shall be put up again for advanced bids. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid.
Buyers attend this sale at their own risk. Management cannot be responsible for accidents.
Consignors are reminded to bring registration papers, breeding certificates and signed transfers the day of the sale. They are to be turned in at the office before the sale. Buyers are responsible for transfer fees.
All known defects will be announced before each horse is started. |
